Food

This was jamon iberico de bellota, a straightforward cured ham from iberico black pigs, served with pan con tomato.
This was a side of patatas bravas, fried potatoes with spicy house tomato sauce and garlic aioli.
These mini hamburguesas were juicy pork sliders with pickled cucumbers, roasted chili aioli and manchego cheese.
This was carpaccio de pargon, a snapper ceviche style carpaccio with olives, shallots, parsley, coriander, chilis, yuzu citrus dressing and truffle mayo.
The calamari relleno was average. This was squid stuffed with chorizo, pork belly, apples and onions.
This was croquetas de jamon, a serrano ham croquette with mojo picon sauce. They were crispy bites with a creamy filling.
The filete al chimicurri was incredibly tender and savoury.
The esparragos de alma, grilled asparagus with poached egg, almonds, basil oil, lemon and grana padano cheese was okay. They didn’t prepare the asparagus properly.
The carrilleras de ternera estofadas, braised beef cheeks with pumpkin puree, shimeji mushrooms and red wine gravy was also very tender and delicious.
Finally the pulpo a la plancha octopus with creamy potatoes, chorizo oil and tobiko caviar was great, full of umami and savouriness.
