Noah’s Cafe

Noah’s Cafe is an asian fusion tapas restaurant in Vancouver, Canada. The food was really good here but since we spent more time yapping, I’m only listing out each dish.
Charcoal focaccia – CAD $8, with uni butter and tobiko – CAD $16.
Fresh oysters with wasabit and minty chili ponzu – CAD $4 each.
Negitoro – chopped albacore tuna sashimi with shisho, wasabi nori sauce, fried onion bits – CAD $16.
Fresh pasta, dashi uni creme, prawns, parmesan, parmigiano reggiano, truffle oil, tobiko, ikura, onion bits and parsley – CAD $29.
Japanese hayashi hashed beef stew with marble cheddar, truffle oil, parmigiano reggiano and onion bits – CAD $19.
Seared pork loin finished with karashi infused madeira cream, paired with satsumaimo purree and charred pickled radicchio, red peppercorn and shiitake crisp – CAD $22.
Miso marinated roasted duck breast, sesame soy duck skin, sauteed strawberries, red wine jus, mirin mustard, house jam, pickled shallots and balsamic glaze – CAD $38.
