It’s nice to know that after five years and a worldwide pandemic, some food spots do not change. And thank goodness! Because these smash patties are sooo delicious! St Burgs is a Filipino burger shop on the west side of Melbourne, famous for burgers, fried chicken and spaghetti.
Food
This was the double D for $18. It was two Gippsland grass fed beef patties, with two slices of American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, gherkin relish, Durger mayo & smokey sauce. Absolutely delicious! Savoury, fatty, balanced and seasoned.
We also got the Filo Bento box for $38. It had one Filipino fried chicken, one Durgersteak with mushroom & gravy, one Filipino style spaghetti, one rice and a milkshake. We chose the taro milkshake. Everything was so flavourful, even the drink. One of the best feeds for a blazed up night 🌿😉.
