N Seoul Tower

N-Seoul Tower, aka Namsam Tower, is a 236-metre tall communications tower in Seoul, South Korea. There are a lot of tourist attractions around the base. One of the popular things to see, and participate in, are the love locks. Visitors can purchase a lockset (lock, keys, pen) for ₩10,000 and lock in their love for eternity 🧀.

The first time we visited in February 2017, we walked up the mountain and it was an exhausting 20 minutes 😂. When I visited today with my family, we opted for the cable car ride. It was very slow but worth it.
Look at all the love locks! ❤️

Unlike Paris and New York, Seoul doesn’t remove the locks and have built metal hearts and fences so more visitors can put their locks up. We put a lock-up in 2017 (LINK) and I tried looking for it today but after 2 years of weathering, it was so hard to find without an exact location 😭. An elderly couple noticed my search and tried to help me – thank you for your kindness, cuties!
These benches were designed to look like a heart and when couples sit on it, they’re pushed closer together. How romantic is Seoul? *heart swoons*
Inside the tower, there are museums, cafes, game centres and photo ops to explore. In 2017, there was a Pixar museum with a marvel section where we could play with Thor’s hammer and dress up as Iron Man. We easily spent the entire day at the N Seoul Tower.
If we were to visit Seoul again, we would definitely visit the N Seoul Tower again. There’s always something different to do each time.

Thanks for reading 😆 감사합니다
