Bánh Xèo Bà Dưỡng

This was a delicious spot for banh xeo. The batter was creamy and aromatic, with a hint of coconut cream in it. The only downside was the dipping sauce. They didn’t have fish sauce. They used a in-house blended meat sauce and it made the overall experience heavy handed. The meat skewers were amazing! Juicy and flavourful.
