Pantheon

The Pantheon is a 43-metre tall structure, built-in 113 AD. Located in the ancient city of Rome, Italy, the Pantheon stands beautifully in the middle of the city. After leaving our hotel, we saw a long line and realised entry was free today so we joined the queue to explore the inside of the church.
There was a large hole at the top of the dome, letting in light and rain. It was really fascinating to see how tall the dome was and how the Romans built this two thousand years ago.
I’m ending the post with last night’s shot of the Pantheon from Hostaria Pantheon. We couldn’t eat further than a minute away from our hotel because I was constantly excreting fluids from both ends so we ended up getting this expensive vegetable soup 🤣.

Thanks for reading! Ciao!
