Homm Dessert

We had been seeing Homm Dessert’s viral bingsu everywhere on our Instagram feed so we knew we had to try it. After an early dinner, we walked past the city around 6pm and saw a few vacant seats, so took the opportunity to overload on calories for the day.
It became viral thanks to its theatrical presentation and inventive Thai-inspired plated desserts. The Thai Tea Avalanche Bingsu was a block of fluffy Thai milk tea “snow” topped with whipped cream cheese, crumble, gelato, plus grass jelly and sauces on the side—had captured the hearts (and feeds) of dessert lovers across the city. It was sweet, but also not too sweet.
I got a coffee to balance out the dessert.

Review

It was a fun experience. We wouldn’t return because we’re on a health mission, but it’s a fun spot for catching up with friends. We recommend dining early if you want to try — also a must try dessert, but one you try once.

Thanks for reading. Happy eating.
